How We Feel

The right variety grown in right place, farmed in a sustainable fashion by a grower we know and trust.

We relate to people who choose to farm sustainably. We aim to reflect their passion and dedication in the wines we make.

The Name.

We wanted to capture that same fearlessness that you have as a child – singing in front of the school at assembly, snogging behind the bike shed- taking off on our treadlies with pegs as spokey-dokeys, we roamed – we rambled.

Lino could have been a zillion different words :  Vinyl, Dragster, Laminex, Linoleum – Lino.  Lino has texture, we like wines with texture – Lino Ramble.

The Packaging.

Our labels have been inspired by Linoleum patterns.

The image on the website is a photo of Andy and his dad on their driveway in Margaret River, circa 1978.
